Avery's Check Up

Avery went to the pediatrician today for her 6-8 week check up. She is one day shy of 7 weeks old.  She weighed in at 12 pounds 4 ounces and measured 23 inches long! She gained 52 ounces in just 32 days!! What can we say, the girl likes to eat! She got a good, healthy report. She was a trooper for her shots. She actually started crying when the nurse started to hold her legs down, but stopped crying shortly after the sticks were done. The doctor said that there is a chance that her eyes will stay blue, but we will have to wait and see. Here is a pic of her sleeping after her appointment.

Avery is 1 month old!

Avery is 1 month old today! We can't believe how fast she is growing!  We are completely in love all over again with our little girl! In some ways it seems like just yesterday that Logan was this small, and in other ways it seems like forever ago!  Avery loves to eat and sleep right now.  Logan is being a good big brother and helping out when we need him.  He is a little jealous, but is starting to get used to his sister.  Here are a few pictures!
